The Road Traffic (Traffic Wardens) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008

Affirmed by resolution of the Assembly on

21st October 2008

Coming into operation in accordance with Article 1

The Department for Regional Development(1) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 44 of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(2) and now vested in it(3).

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as The Road Traffic (Traffic Wardens) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on the day after it is affirmed by resolution of the Assembly.

Revocation

2.  The Road Traffic (Traffic Wardens) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(4) is revoked.
