The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Articles 2 (2), 23(1), (2) (a), to (c) and (f) to (j), (7)(a) to (h) and (j), 25(1), 30, 31(1), 32 and 48(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1).

In accordance with Article 23 (8) it has consulted with such persons as appropriate.
