Milk (Cessation of Production) (Revocation) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2007

Coming into operation-
6th April 2007
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development makes the following Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 3 of the Milk (Cessation of Production) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985(1).
Citation and commencement
1. This Scheme may be cited as the Milk (Cessation of Production) (Revocation) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2007.
Revocation and saving
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the Milk (Cessation of Production) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 1987(2) is revoked.
(2) Article 9 of the Scheme referred to in paragraph (1) shall continue to have effect in relation to any sum paid under that Scheme as if that paragraph had not been revoked.
