The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(2) makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (2005 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.

(2) In this Order –

“the 2005 Order” means the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 10 of the 2005 Order is 6th April 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
