Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Services Trust (Membership and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 5th March 2007.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the principal Regulations” means the Health and Social Services Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(3).
Amendment of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 2 (Maximum number of Directors) of the principal Regulations for the word “eleven” substitute the word “thirteen”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations provide for an increase in the number of directors of an Health and Social Services Trust from eleven to thirteen.
