The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 13 and 21(2) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991[1] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning Applications (Exemptions from Publication) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 30th June 2003.
Revocation
2. The Planning Applications (Exemptions from Publication) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999[2] is hereby revoked.
