     3. In section 63(1) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998[2] (restriction on disclosure of information), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted-

" (ca) for the purposes of an inspection of the Ombudsman carried out by the Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland under Part 3 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002;".
