     4. In regulation 5 of the principal regulations (Penalty)-

(a) in paragraph (a) for "£50" there shall be substituted "£60";

     5. In regulation 9, after paragraph 2(d) there is added the following paragraph-

" (e) he has not failed an examination set by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain for registration as a pharmaceutical chemist in Great Britain.".
