CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

The Protection from Harassment (1997 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999

  Made 22nd March 1999 

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(2) of the Protection from Harassment (Northern Ireland) Order 1997[1], I hereby make the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Protection from Harassment (1997 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999.

Appointed day
    
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 1 and 5(3) to (9) of the Protection from Harassment (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 shall be 12th April 1999.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order appoints 12th April 1999 for the coming into operation of Articles 1 and 5(3) to (9) of the Protection from Harassment (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
