The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2B of the Charities Act 1993(1), and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2).
