This Order confers powers on Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company for the compulsory acquisition of land and rights over land at or in the vicinity of the dock area at Felixstowe South in connection with the provision of the proposed redevelopment of that area. The Order does not authorise the construction of works or any other development.
A copy of the land plans and the book of reference referred to in the Order may be inspected at the offices of the Company, Tomline House, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 3SY.
