The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148(3) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007.
2. Section 4 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Guarantee of continued judicial independence: Northern Ireland) shall come into force on 8th May 2007.
