The Child Support Act 1991 has been amended by the Child Support Act 1995 (c.34), Part 1 of the Social Security Act 1998 (c.14) and Part 1 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c.19) ("the 2000 Act"). Much of Part 1 of the 2000 Act is in force only in relation to certain categories of cases: see the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/192).back

[3] Section 15(1)-(4) and (4A) were substituted by section 14(1) and (2), and section 15(6) was amended by section 14(1) and (3), of the 2000 Act. Section 15(7) was amended by section 254(1) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 24 to, the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (c.33). Section 15(10) was amended by Schedule 9 to, and section 15(11) was inserted by section 14(1) and (4) of, the 2000 Act.back
