The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 48(3) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004[1] makes the following Order:
1.
This Order may be cited as the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006.
2.
Section 13 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 shall come into force on 29th June 2006.
This Order brings into force section 13 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004. It will come into force on 29th June 2006.
