The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 195(2) of, and paragraph 22(3) of Schedule 1 to, the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003[1] hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Benefit Corporation (Register of Members) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 23 March 2006. (2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Public Benefit Corporation (Register of Members) Regulations 2004[2]. Amendment of Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations (certain matters in register are not to be available to the public) 2. In regulation 2(a) of the principal Regulations, after the words "to that constituency" there shall be inserted the words "where that member has not consented to his details being made so available".
