The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 193 of the Extradition Act 2003[1], hereby makes the following Order:
1.
This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Parties to International Conventions) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 14th February 2005.
2.
- (1) Each territory listed in column 1 of the Schedule (not being a category 1 or category 2 territory) is hereby designated under section 193(1) of the Extradition Act 2003.
(2) In relation to any such territory, the conduct in respect of which the Extradition Act 2003 has effect (by virtue of section 193(3)(b)) is -
(a) conduct to which the international Convention specified in relation to that territory in column 2 of the Schedule applies, and
(b) specified in relation to that territory in column 3 of the Schedule.
