The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 87(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000[1] hereby makes the following Order: 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2004[2]. (2) In this Order, "the Act" means the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 2. The provisions of the Act shall, in so far as they are not already in force, come into force on 1st January 2005.
