The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 212(5) of the Finance Act 2003[1] hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2003, Section 212, (Commencement) Order 2004. 2. Section 212(3) of the Finance Act 2003 has effect for the financial year ending with 31st March 2004. Nick Ainger Joan Ryan Two of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury 28th October 2004 (This note is not part of the Order) This Order brings the provision mentioned in article 2 into effect for the financial year ending with 31st March 2004.
