Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the School Inspections Act 1996[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 3) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st September 2004. 2. The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 1st September 2004. A. K.
