The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 201(2) of the Licensing Act 2003[1],hereby makes the following Order: Citation and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004. (2) In this Order, "the Act" means the Licensing Act 2003. Commencement 2. Section 200 of the Act in so far as it relates to paragraph 34 of Schedule 8 to the Act and that paragraph of that Schedule shall come into force forthwith.
