The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 44(3) of the Chiropractors Act 1994[1], hereby makes the following Order: -
Citation and interpretation 1.
This Order may be cited as the Chiropractors Act 1994 (Commencement No.7) Order 2004.
Appointed Day 2.
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 17 of the Chiropractors Act 1994 (post registration training) is 1st July 2004.

This Order brings into force, on 1st July 2004, section 17 of the Chiropractors Act 1994 which gives the General Chiropractic Council power to make rules requiring registered chiropractors to undertake post registration training.
