(a) Part 2 (complaints and misconduct) to the extent not already in force;

(b) section 37 (protected disclosure by police officers);

(viii) paragraphs 97 to 99 of Schedule 27 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999[9];

(ix) the Freedom of Information Act 2000[10]; and

(x) section 125(4)(b) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001[11].

     3. The following provisions of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 30th April 2004 in England only - 

(a) section 97 (crime and disorder reduction partnerships) to the extent not already in force;

(b) section 107 (consequential amendments and repeals) in so far as it relates to the entry in Schedule 8 in paragraph (c) below; and

(c) in Schedule 8 (repeals), the entry relating to section 5 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998[12].
