Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows - Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 13th April 2004. Amendment of Air Navigation Order 2000 2. The Air Navigation Order 2000[2] shall be amended as follows. Article 34A 3. In paragraph (3) of article 34A for "such a programme" there shall be substituted "an accident prevention and flight safety programme". Article 94A 4. In the heading to article 94A there shall be omitted "or a student air traffic controller licence". 5. In article 94A for "a licence" there shall be substituted "an air traffic controller licence". Schedule 9 6. In paragraph 1(2) of Part A of Schedule 9 there shall be omitted "Subject to paragraphs (b) and (c),", after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted "and", and for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted "(b) exercise the privileges of a Student Air Traffic Controller licence". 7. In paragraph 1 of Part B of Schedule 9 for "paragraphs 3 and 4 below" and there shall be substituted "paragraph 3". 8. In paragraph 3 of Part B of Schedule 9 for the heading "Ratings and rating endorsements" there shall be substituted "Ratings, rating endorsements and licence endorsements".
