Whereas the Secretary of State for Transport is satisfied that provision has been made for the transfer of all property, rights and liabilities of London Regional Transport; Now therefore the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 302 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999[1] hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the London Regional Transport (Dissolution) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 16th July 2003. Dissolution of London Regional Transport 2. London Regional Transport is hereby dissolved.
