The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 136(2) of the Land Registration Act 2002[1], makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No.3) Order 2003. 2. Section 102 of the Land Registration Act 2002 shall come into force on 27th June 2003.
