The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated[1] for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[2] in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, acting in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, makes the following Regulations: Title and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 11th October 2002. Amendment to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) Regulations 2002 2. Schedule 2 to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) Regulations 2002[3] (import conditions) is amended in accordance with this regulation -
Commission Decision 2002/69/EC (OJ No. L30, 31.1.2002, p.50), as amended by Commission Decision 2002/441/EC (OJ No. L151, 11.6.2002, p.16), Commission Decision 2002/573/EC (OJ No. L181, 11.7.2002, p.21) and Commission Decision 2002/768/EC (OJ No. L260, 28.9.2002, p.31)."; and
