The Access to Justice Act 1999 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2001

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 108(1) of the Access to Justice Act 1999[1], makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice Act 1999 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2001.

    
2. Section 47 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 shall come into force on 25th May 2001.
