GOVERNMENT TRADING FUNDS

The Buying Agency Trading Fund (Amendment) (Change of Name) Order 2001

  Made 13th March 2001 
  Laid before Parliament 13th March 2001 
  Coming into force 3rd April 2001 

The Chancellor of the Exchequer, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1) and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Buying Agency Trading Fund (Amendment) (Change of Name) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 3rd April 2001.

Amendment of the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991
    
2. In article 3 of the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991[2] there shall be substituted for the words "the Buying Agency Trading Fund" the following: - 

    "OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund" .

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order amends the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/875) which established the Buying Agency Trading Fund.

Article 2 changes the name of the Buying Agency Trading Fund to OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund.
