The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by articles 60(1) and 129(5) of the Air Navigation Order 2000[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and Commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 30th March 2001. Amendment of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994 2. The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994[2] shall be further amended by substituting for the definition of "Technical Instructions" in regulation 3(1) -
(This note is not part of the Regulations) These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994. The definition of "Technical Instructions" is amended so as to include an addendum to the 1999-2000 edition of the International Civil Aviation Organisation's Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Goods by Air.
