ROAD TRAFFIC

The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 2000

  Made 22nd May 2000 
  Coming into force 30th May 2000 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Commencement and citation
     1. This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 30th May 2000.

Variations
    
2. The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. In schedule 2B item 1 is substituted as follows: - 

1. The A41 Hendon Way (northbound carriageway), from a point 24.7 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Lyndale eastward for a distance of 43 metres. At any time None None"


    
4. In schedule 2C a new item is added as follows: - 

1. The A41 Hendon Way (northbound carriageway), from a point 67.7 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Lyndale eastward for a distance of 12 metres. At any time"


    
5. In schedule 4 item 3 is substituted as follows: - 

3. The A41 Hendon Way (northbound carriageway), from a point 17.3 metres west of the easternmost wall of Wendover Court, Hendon Way to a point 12 metres east thereof."
