" (8) As soon as reasonably practicable after standard test and task assessments have been administered to pupils pursuant to sub-paragraph (1), the head teacher shall provide the local education authority with a signed statement, confirming that those standard test and task assessments were administered in accordance with the provisions of the document in which they were published."[3].
