ROAD TRAFFIC

The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999

  Made 8th October 1999 
  Coming into force 18th October 1999 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Commencement and citation
     1. This Order may be cited as The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 18th October 1999.

Variations
    
2. The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. In Schedule 1, insert the following item after item 3: - 

         " 3A. Robin Hood Way, west side service road, between its junction with the A3 and a point 3 metres north of the common boundary of Nos. 211 and 213 Robin Hood Way."

     4. In Schedule 1, for item 14 substitute the following item: - 

     5. In Schedule 2B, insert the following item after item 2:

2A. Hook Rise North - service road fronting Nos. 320 to 342 Hook Rise North, north side, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 332 and 334 Hook Rise North and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 342 and 340 Hook Rise North. 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday inclusive 1 hour 2 hours"


    
6. In Schedule 2B, insert the following item after item 3: - 

3A. Hook Rise North - service road fronting Nos. 320 to 342 Hook Rise North, north side, between a point 1 metre north east of the common boundary of Nos. 330 and 328 Hook Rise North and a point 12 metres south east of the south eastern flank wall of No. 322 Hook Rise North. At any time  -   - "


    
7. In Schedule 4, insert the following item after item 8: -
