Prohibition
     3.  - (1) Subject to the provisions of article 4, no person shall cause any vehicle, to: - 

(a) enter Cavendish Road from Hazelbourne Road; or

(b) proceed from Cavendish Road to Hazelbourne Road.

Exemptions
     4. The provisions of articles 3 do not apply: - 

(a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden;

(b) to a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes; or

(c) to a pedal cycle as defined in regulation 4 of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 1994[3].

Revocation or variation of existing Orders
     5. The A205 Trunk Road (Lambeth) Red Route (Prohibition of Traffic) Experimental Traffic Order 1998[4] is hereby revoked in so far as its provisions relate to any length of road specified in article 2 of this order.
