The Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Second Amendment) Order 1999

  Made 27th July 1999 
  Laid before Parliament 28th July 1999 
  Coming into force 20th August 1999 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 39(5), (6) and (7) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Second Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 20th August 1999.

    
2. In Schedules 1 and 2 to the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1996[2] the entries for Humberside International Airport Limited shall be omitted.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order amends the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1996. It provides for the deletion of Humberside International Airport Limited from the application of that Order.
