The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 126(4) of and paragraphs 12 and 16 of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:- Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Promotion Authority for Wales (Revocation) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999. Revocation of Regulations 2. The Health Promotion Authority for Wales Regulations 1997[2] are hereby revoked.
