ROAD TRAFFIC

The A40 Trunk Road (Ealing) Red Route Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1999

  Made 11th January 1999 
  Coming into force 25th January 1999 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and citation
     1. This Order may be cited as The A40 Trunk Road (Ealing) Red Route Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 25th January 1999.

Variations
    
2. The A40 Trunk Road (Ealing) Red Route Traffic Order 1995[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. In schedule 1, the following item is added:

         " 4. The slip road linking A40 Western Avenue with Argyle Road, between a point 56 metres east of the party wall of 1 and 1a Central Parade, Western Avenue and a point 99 metres west of the western flank wall of 5 Central Parade."

     4. In schedule 2B, the following item is added:

1. The slip road linking A40 Western Avenue with Argyle Road, the south side, between a point 17 metres east of the party wall of 1 and 1a Central Parade and a point 13 metres west of the western flank wall of 5 Central Parade. 7am to 7pm 20 mins 40 mins"


    
5. In schedule 4, the following items are added:
