(a) applications made before 10th December 1998 for inclusion in a medical list or to succeed to a practice vacancy;

(b) any appeal to the Secretary of State arising out of such an application; and

(c) any reconsideration of such an application in the event of such an appeal being allowed,

sections 30, 33, and 34 of the National Health Service Act 1977 shall continue to have effect as if this Order had not been made.
