ROADS AND BRIDGES, SCOTLAND

The Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998

  Laid before Parliament 16th September 1998 
  Coming into force 9th October 1998 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 112(1), (2) and (6), and 163(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement
     1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 9th October 1998.

Amendment to the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992
    
2. In Schedule 3 to the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992[2] in column 1 (Local Authority Identifier Code) the figure "9081" in relation to East Dunbartonshire shall be deleted and there shall be substituted the figure "9061".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)


These Regulations amend the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/2991) by substituting the correct Local Authority Identifier Code for East Dunbartonshire in Schedule 3 to those Regulations.
