    " (2) The offences referred to in subsection (1) are - 


(a) murder, manslaughter, rape, unlawful wounding with intent, grievous bodily harm with intent, unlawful wounding, grievous bodily harm, common assault, administering poison with intent to injure, annoy or aggrieve, and kidnapping; and

(b) an offence under section 2 of the Explosive Substances Law, 1939, as amended."[2].

     2. In section 2 (attacks in connection with premises and vehicles):

(a) in subsection (1):


(i) after the words "United Kingdom", where they first occur, there shall be inserted the words "and the Bailiwick of Guernsey"; and

(ii) for the words "United Kingdom", wherever they next occur, there shall be substituted the words "Bailiwick of Guernsey"; and



(b) for subsection (2) there shall be substituted the following subsection:

    " (2) The offences referred to in subsection (1) are - 


(a) an offence under section 2 of the Explosive Substances Law, 1939; and

(b) an offence under section 1 of the Criminal Damage (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1983.".

     3. In section 3 (threats of attacks on UN workers), for the words "United Kingdom" there shall be substituted the words "Bailiwick of Guernsey".

     4. In section 5 (provisions supplementary to sections 1 to 3), subsections (1) and (2) shall be omitted.

     5. In section 6 (extradition), at the end of subsection (1), there shall be added the words "as this Act has effect in the United Kingdom".
