DETERMINATION OF APPROPRIATE MAXIMUM DISABILITY WORKING ALLOWANCE

Claimant, child or young person Amount of Allowance
     1. Single claimant.

     1. £49.55.

     2. Claimant who is a member of a married or unmarried couple, or is a lone parent.

     2. £77.55.

     2A[60]. In the case of a claimant to whom regulation 51(1)(bb) applies.

     2A. £10.55;

     3. Child-
    (a) aged less than 11 years;
    (b)aged not less than 11 but less than 16 years.
     3.
    (a) £12.05;
    (b) £19.95;
     4. Young person-

    (a) aged not less than 16 but less than 18 years;
    (b)aged not less than 18 but less than 19 years.
     4.
    (a) £24.80;
    (b) £34.70;
     5[61]. Child or young person to whom regulation 51(1A) applies
(disabled child or young person).

     5. £20.95.
