DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM FAMILY CREDIT: ADULT, CHILD AND YOUNG PERSON CREDITS

Adult, child, young person Amount of Credit
     1. Adult.

 £47.65.
     1A[59]. In the case of an adult or adults to whom regulation 46(1)(aa) applies.

 £10.55.
     2. Child-

    (a) aged less than 11 years;
    (b) aged not less than 11 but less than 16 years.

(a) £12.05;
(b) £19.95.
     3. Young person-
    (a) aged not less than 16 but less than 18 years;
    (b) aged not less than 18 but less than 19 years.

(a) £24.80;
(b) £34.70.
