Whereas the council of the London borough of Haringey has applied to the Secretary of State for Transport for an order to be made under section 76 of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and the Secretary of State has consulted the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with section 76(2) of that Act: NOW, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) and section 77(6) of Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: - Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Haringey) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 2nd February 1997. Amendment of the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Haringey) Order 1994 2. The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Haringey) Order 1994[2] shall be amended in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.
