The Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997

  Made 2nd December 1997 
  Laid before Parliament 8th December 1997 
  Coming into force 31st December 1997 

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of Dewi Sant Hospital, Pontypridd resulting from the transfer of the management of that hospital from the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust to the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust, having consulted those Trusts in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st December 1997.

Transfer of Trust Property
    
2. On 31st December 1997 the items of trust property specified in a schedule dated 30th June 1997 prepared by and agreed upon by the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust and the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust shall transfer from the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust to the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order transfers to the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust on 31st December 1997 trust property formerly held by East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Welsh Office, HFM3, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.
