The A1 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Clearway) traf|fi|c Order 1996 Variation Order 1997

  Made 22nd September 1997 
  Coming into force 3rd October 1997 

The Traf|fi|c Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traf|fi|c Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traf|fi|c Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as The A1 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Clearway) Traf|fi|c Order 1996 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on the 3rd October 1997.

Variations
    
2. The A1 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Clearway) Traf|fi|c Order 1996[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. The table in Schedule 1 is deleted and replaced with the following table:

1. The A1 Barnet By Pass Road, Barnet Way and Watford Way, north-east side, from the Greater London boundary at Rowley Lane intersection to its junction with the A41 Trunk Road at Fiveways Corner.
2. The A1 Barnet By Pass, Barnet Way and Watford Way, south-west side, from Fiveways Corner roundabout to a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Hall Lane.
3. The A1 Barnet By Pass, Watford Way, south-west side, from a point 45 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Hall Lane to the Greater London Boundary at Rowley Lane intersection.
4. The roundabout junctions at Stirling Corner, Northway Circus, Mill Hill Circus and Fiveways Corner.
