ROAD TRAFFIC

The A12 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1997

  Made 2nd July 1997 
  Coming into force 14th July 1997 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Commencement and citation
     1. This Order may be cited as The A12 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 14th July 1997.

Variations
    
2. The A12 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied in accordance with the following provisions of this Order.

     3. In the table in Schedule 2B for the words "No items." substitute the following item - 

1. Eastern Avenue (A12) - north side, between a point 2.5 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 743 and 745 Eastern Avenue and a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of Nos. 747 and 749 Eastern Avenue. 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive 20 minutes 40 minutes"


    
4. In the table in Schedule 3A a new item 3 is added as follows - 

Eastern Avenue (A12) - north side, between a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of Nos. 747 and 749 and a point 6.5 metres west of the flank wall of No. 755 Eastern Avenue."


    
5. In the table in Schedule 4 for item 1 substitute the following item - 

Between a point 2.0 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 369 and 371 Eastern Avenue and a point 2.5 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 743 and 745 Eastern Avenue, including Gants Hill roundabout."


    
6. In the table in Schedule 4 after item 1 insert the following new item - 

Between a point 6.5 metres west of the flank wall of No. 755 Eastern Avenue and a point 1.0 metre east of the western wall of Nos. 153 and 169 Bawdsey Avenue."
