ROAD TRAFFIC

The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation (No. 2) Order 1997

  Made 27th June 1997 
  Coming into force 10th July 1997 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and citation
     1. This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation (No. 2) Order 1997, and shall come into force on 10th July 1997.

Variations
    
2. The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. In schedule 1 item 6 is added as follows:

         " 6 Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, linking Finchley Road with Canfield Gardens."

     4. In Schedule 2B item 32 is deleted.

    
5. In Schedule 2D item 1 is added as follows:
