The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(5) and (8)(a) of the Superannuation Act 1972[1] and now vested in him[2], hereby makes the following Order: - 1 . This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 7th April 1997. 2 . The office of the social fund Commissioner for Great Britain is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1 June 1995. 3 . The office of the social fund Commissioner for Northern Ireland is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1 June 1995. (b) the office of the social fund Commissioner for Northern Ireland
to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 so that section 1 of that Act (under which the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme, the Civil Service Additional Voluntary Contribution Scheme and the Civil Service Compensation Scheme have been made) may apply to them.
