" (a) in the case of the grant of a bookmaker's permit, £160;

(b) in the case of the grant of a betting agency permit, £160;

(c) in the case of the grant of a betting office licence, £125;

     3 . The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) Order 1991[3] is hereby revoked.
