TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, SCOTLAND The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1996
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996. (2) In this Order "the 1992 Order" means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992[2].
