ROAD TRAFFIC

The A406 Trunk Road (Enfield) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1996

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991^[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984^[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

    1.    This Order may be cited as The A406 Trunk Road (Enfield) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1996, and shall come into force on 15th November 1996.

    2.    The A406 Trunk Road (Enfield) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995^[3] is varied so that in Schedule 3A, for item 4 there is substituted the following item:
    "4.    Sterling Way, south side, between a point 146.0 metres west of the western kerbline of Bull Lane and a point 195.0 metres west of the western kerbline of Bull Lane."
